West Coast Homes has been building beautiful custom homes, tiny houses, park models and ADUs since 2011. We combine design expertise and construction management to create thoughtfully built homes—big, tiny, or in-between.
We build tiny homes & park models for clients throughout Canada from our home base in Chilliwack, BC, and we've delivered tiny homes & park models across North America as the Canadian sister company to West Coast Homes in Washington State.

WCH’s approach is simple. You share details about your dream home and budget and we work to align them. We all dream big until our budget tells us to calm down. As home construction is often more expensive than you may expect, we work closely with you to provide our building expertise and help with design and controlling costs. We love creative collaboration—and we’re confident this shines through in the beautiful spaces we create for our clients.

We get to know one another and find out if we are a good fit. You do most of the talking and we take really good notes. We want to learn all about your hopes and dreams for your new home.

Based on the notes from our initial meeting, our team gathers quotes on materials and labor. Our network of subcontractors and suppliers are valued members of our team and provide us with knowledge and expertise that we organize and offer to you.

Once quotes are collected from our subcontractors and suppliers, we add in costs for the work we’ll perform. Next, we compile this information into a complete estimate for the design and construction of your home.

We present a proposal that includes a detailed outline of the items included in our package. In this meeting, we review the project’s inclusions and exclusions and discuss whether adjustments need to be made. If required, we revise the proposal.

Once you are happy with the proposal’s details, we both sign the proposal / contract. After these five planning steps are complete, we execute on building your new home!
