We love partnering at the conceptual stage of your build. This helps you benefit from a more collective approach to design and constructability. After working with local architects to create your new house plans, WCH provides the interior design and construction services. If you already have house plans, we work hand-in-hand to review drawings, develop pricing, and provide design input and value engineering
BUDGETING & ESTIMATING
After we meet with you initially to discuss your home construction and needs/wants, we prepare a preliminary budget (cost estimate) and project proposal that outlines the scope of work. Once these documents are completed, we review the proposal line-by-line together to ensure we’re on the same page when it comes to performance expectations. If the cost of construction is higher than you anticipated, we discuss ways to value engineer the project to make it fit your dreams and your budget.
VALUE ENGINEERING
What is value engineering? This is the process we tackle when a client can’t afford their original dream home. Sadly, we often dream bigger than our construction budgets, but don’t be discouraged. At WCH, we work backwards from your budget, deducting your non-negotiable costs and employing the remaining balance to prioritize needs versus wants. We draw on creativity to introduce different materials and finishes that align your dream with your budget.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The home construction process can be both fun and enjoyable. From concept to project completion, we strive to ensure this through construction project management services. Our team has the experience, knowledge, and creativity to deal with the day-to-day challenges of construction management, and is well-versed in providing solutions to the inevitable challenges that arise along the way. We work hard to keep your project on budget while providing flexibility for last-minute design changes that make the house your home!
Site prep & Setup
Before your home can be delivered, the site needs to be ready for it. We coordinate grading, foundation or pad preparation, and utility hookups so your home arrives, sets, and levels without delay. Our team works directly with local contractors and municipal requirements in your area, handling the groundwork so delivery day goes smoothly - no surprises, no scrambling to catch up.

Are endless design options making you feel overwhelmed? Our in-house interior designer helps you by offering a curated selection of flooring, tile, carpet, hardware, countertops, plumbing fixtures and light fixtures. We’ve hand-picked products that are of good value and work within our tiny home and park model parameters. The hard work is done, you just have to pick from our beautifully curated selections.
WARRANTY
At WCH, we take pride in the quality of our construction. We provide a full one-year warranty on our construction, and pass on manufacturers’ warranties for all products that are installed.
