Our homes are manufactured and certified to the CSA Z240 MH Series standard, the Canadian benchmark for manufactured housing. Each unit is constructed on an engineered structural steel chassis designed to CSA Z240.2.1 transportation and anchorage requirements, with structural, plumbing, electrical (CSA C22.1), heating, and fire-safety systems verified through in-plant inspections by an accredited third-party certification body. Transportation running gear is installed for delivery and recovered after siting; the load-bearing chassis remains integral to the home. Site installation, blocking, and anchorage are completed in accordance with CSA Z240.10.1 and applicable provincial requirements.
