The Shuksan Modular is a 654 sq ft, 2-bed, 1-bath home. We wanted to create a one-level home that is slightly larger than our tiny homes (400SF)  yet smaller then our Kulshan Modular (878 sq ft). The Shuksan has a spacious great room for hosting company and a second bedroom that could be used for a variety of functions (guest bedroom, den, office, the list goes on). This is a great starter home or could also be used as an ADU (Accessible Dwelling Unit) on a property that already has an existing home.
